Distribution Network

We operate a centrally coordinated distribution model anchored by six regional distribution centres (RDCs) strategically located across South Africa. These facilities span the Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, and Limpopo corridors, enabling us to replenish stores efficiently across all nine provinces. Our RDCs handle ambient, chilled, and frozen goods through temperature-controlled zones, with cross-docking capabilities that reduce handling time and speed product flow from supplier to shelf.

Sourcing Philosophy

We source directly wherever possible. By building long-term relationships with local farmers, manufacturers, and importers, we cut out unnecessary intermediaries and pass those savings on to our customers. Our buying teams work hand-in-hand with suppliers to secure volume commitments, co-develop private-label products, and maintain strict quality standards. Where local supply is seasonal or limited, we supplement with vetted international partners to ensure year-round availability of core lines.
